Key Responsibilities:- Handle escalated calls and cases, providing accurate information and effective communication to customers and other business entities.
- Work closely with our Dealer Network to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Investigate consumer questions and concerns, documenting results and providing accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve basic issues, including technical support, social media, and external entities.
- 6 months of experience in litigation support, legal research, or case management.
- 1 year of experience in escalations, resolutions, or claims.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with case management in Salesforce and bilingual skills.
