Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Appeals and Grievances Specialist to join our team at Generac Power Systems. As a critical team player, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care and resolving complex issues in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle escalated calls and cases, providing accurate information and effective communication to customers and other business entities.
  • Work closely with our Dealer Network to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Investigate consumer questions and concerns, documenting results and providing accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve basic issues, including technical support, social media, and external entities.
Requirements:
  • 6 months of experience in litigation support, legal research, or case management.
  • 1 year of experience in escalations, resolutions, or claims.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with case management in Salesforce and bilingual skills.
