Behavioral Support Specialist

Health Connect America is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Autism and Neurodevelopmental Support Services (ANDSS) Program team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering direct behavior support services to individuals and their families, working under the supervision of certified professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Behavior Support Services: Provide behavior support, teach adaptive behaviors, and model ABA techniques to families to prevent complex care needs, including a more restrictive level of care.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Document all services as per standards set forth by governing bodies, accrediting bodies, organizations, and payers. Maintain complete and timely client records, including progress notes, data collection, and visit verification logs.
- Collaboration and Communication: Attend treatment team and staff meetings consistently. Participate actively in supervision meetings. Collaborate with community agencies to ensure comprehensive client support.
- Professional Development: Uphold the HCA Code of Conduct and RBT Code of Ethics in all job functions. Maintain RBT certification with the BACB.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent; must pass a background check.
- Must have current RBT certification with the BACB.
