Job Summary: Kendal at Ithaca is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of MDS Coordinator in our 48-bed Skilled Nursing Facility.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure resident care plans remain up-to-date in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
* Possess good observation, documentation, and communication skills.
* Display leadership skills and function collaboratively with the team to ensure timely completion of assessments.

Requirements:

* Current licensure by the State of New York as a Registered Nurse.
* Experience in long-term care setting and Minimum Data Set (MDS) preferred.

What We Offer:

* Competitive pay range $80,000 to $85,000 based on experience.
* Sign on bonus $6,000 paid in installments.
