We are seeking a highly skilled Casting Mold Technologist to join our team at PDS Tech Commercial in Coventry, RI.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work as a Casting Mold Technologist, focusing on developing and executing trial plans for new products using composites, textiles, coatings, foam, and additive manufacturing technologies. They will provide hands-on support to manufacturing engineers and analyze test data of newly created products and raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manufacture molds for casting processes
  • Develop and execute trial plans for new products
  • Provide hands-on support to manufacturing engineers
  • Analyze test data of newly created products and raw materials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in mold design and manufacturing, composites, textiles, coatings, foam, and additive manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of materials testing equipment and 3D modeling software
