About the RoleWe are in search of a Sales Compliance Associate Manager who can extract actionable insights from extensive financial datasets, enhance order-to-cash processes, and spearhead cross-departmental compliance initiatives. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the internal workflows that influence data inputs and quality, allowing you to identify root causes of compliance, reporting, contract, and system discrepancies. Your role will involve driving initiatives with exceptional quality and minimal oversight. You will identify and define new projects or business requirements for the team. Additionally, you will collaborate directly with our sales team to address and resolve compliance challenges.
You will report to the Senior Manager within our Sales Compliance team in the Merchant Sales Operations sector. This position is expected to be hybrid, incorporating both in-office and remote work.

- Develop and implement scalable process enhancements
- Generate actionable insights from large data sets
- Dive deep into the minutiae to thoroughly understand DoorDash's products and systems
- Mitigate DoorDash's third-party risks from both legal and financial perspectives
- Directly influence DoorDash's capacity to recognize revenue and maintain internal controls
- Be responsible for reconciling multiple revenue data lines with contracts across various DoorDash systems
- Utilize diverse methods, including Excel queries and database research
- Comfortably analyze reconciliation outcomes, identify trends, and investigate anomalies
- Present findings promptly to key stakeholders and propose improvement recommendations
- You possess 4+ years of relevant experience in roles such as senior auditor, senior financial analyst, data analyst, or similar positions
- You have a background in process enhancement and optimization.
- You are highly skilled in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and vlookups)
- You are quick to adapt and eager to take ownership of projects from the outset
- You demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
- You can document processes in a clear and concise manner.
- You exhibit strong time management and organizational abilities
- You are an effective communicator capable of building trust across all organizational levels
- You can tackle significant and unique challenges requiring in-depth analysis of situations or data
- You possess the ability to exercise independent judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for achieving results.
The base salary range for this position varies by location. Compensation in other regions may differ.
Actual compensation within the specified range will be determined based on factors such as skills, relevant experience, and specific work location.
