Key Responsibilities- Organize pre-construction meetings with clients promptly after receiving project details. Assess field conditions, proposed costs, timelines, and architectural plans.
- Serve as the main contact for each project until completion, ensuring that all work is conducted in a professional and tidy manner.
- Maintain ongoing communication throughout the remodeling process.
- Collaborate with CAD specialists to gather essential structural engineering plans, drawings, and specifications to secure necessary building permits.
- Evaluate all materials, labor, and equipment for each project, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints and accurate Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to guarantee the timely and precise delivery of materials, tools, and equipment for each project.
- Conduct site visits during critical construction phases to monitor workmanship quality and report any issues to management.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in residential remodeling.
- Strong understanding of residential construction practices, building codes, and municipal inspection processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor under pressure.
- Proficient in managing multiple stakeholders, including clients, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, in a professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills across various departments.
- Prior experience as a general contractor is highly desirable.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
