Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor Specialist to join our growing team. As a Loan Processor Specialist, you will be responsible for processing loans from set-up to closing in an organized and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate mortgage settlements with borrower, legal, and title
  • Review document checklists to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Review title, legal, and settlement documents
  • Build relationships with borrowers and deliver a high level of customer service
  • Communicate with transaction stakeholders
  • Maintain an individual pipeline of loans
Requirements
  • 3+ years of title and/or mortgage experience
  • Strong experience with reviewing title documents
  • Prior experience with Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Outlook and Adobe products
  • Experience lending directly to LLCs is a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office Experience
Other Qualifications
  • Must be incredibly detail-oriented
  • Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Real estate knowledge is a plus
