Account Growth Representative Role Overview
As a key member of our team at Advanced Nutrients US, LLC, the Account Growth Representative plays a crucial role in expanding our customer base and identifying new business opportunities. This position focuses on generating new leads, reactivating dormant accounts, and building long-term relationships with our clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for lead generation.
- Pursue new business opportunities in the gardening, hydroponics, and consumer goods sectors.
- Ensure seamless account setup and onboarding processes.
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system and assign leads to the sales team for prompt follow-up.
- Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in inside sales.
- 2+ years of experience working with a CRM system is preferred.
- Proficiency in using a smartphone is essential.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Market and industry knowledge is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written, organizational, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and consumers.
- Understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
- Confidence in delivering sales presentations.
