Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Implement and execute treatment plans, utilizing a range of techniques and modalities to promote patient progress and independence
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Provide education and training to patients and their support systems on various aspects of occupational therapy, including functional training, neurological interventions, and musculoskeletal interventions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirements in the state of practice
- Valid CPR certification
- Experience with EMR software preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- 1+ year of professional experience in occupational therapy
