Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient strengths and weaknesses, and develop personalized treatment plans to promote optimal outcomes.
- Implement and execute treatment plans, utilizing a range of evidence-based interventions and techniques to address patient needs.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Provide education and training to patients and their support systems, empowering them to achieve their goals and maintain independence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, participating in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical expertise.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, with a Doctorate degree preferred.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist, with completed state-regulated CEU requirements in NY and NJ.
- Valid CPR certification and experience with EMR software, with strong clinical decision-making skills and excellent communication abilities.
- At least one year of professional experience in Occupational Therapy, with a strong work ethic and dedication to patient success.
