Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient strengths and weaknesses, and develop effective treatment plans to address their needs.
- Implement and execute treatment plans, utilizing a range of techniques and interventions to promote patient progress and independence.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge and best practices in occupational therapy, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, with a Doctorate degree preferred.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
- Experience working with patients with a range of conditions and abilities, with a focus on hand therapy and rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex patient data and develop effective treatment plans.
