We are seeking an Electronics Development Specialist to join our Dry Etch Process Development Team, where you will gain hands-on experience in developing and optimizing etch processes for the next generation of Micron's memory parts.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work under the mentorship of one of our senior engineers in a highly collaborative atmosphere, driving innovative solutions to meet the detailed physical and electrical requirements for our products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Developing etch processes to meet the physical and electrical requirements of Micron's products.
  • Collaborating with other process and equipment team members to drive process improvements.
  • Conducting root cause and failure mode analysis to understand the limitations of current processes.
  • Performing fundamental research to drive innovative solutions for next-generation products.
  • Performing statistical data analysis on a technology development pilot manufacturing line.

**Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience in experimental design and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues through root-cause or model-based problem solving.
  • Proficiency in statistics, preferably in statistical process control.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal direction, and a focus on meeting commitments.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in programming or scripting is desirable.
  • Knowledge of at least one of the following: semiconductor processing, transport phenomena, thermofluids, and of dry etch processing, or plasma physics.

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans, paid family leave, and a robust paid time-off program.
