Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Designer to join our team in Jefferson City, MO. As a Senior Engineering Designer, you will be responsible for leading design projects, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive engineering solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our services.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Design and Drafting Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering design, with a strong background in CAD software and design principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
