Job Title: RN Clinical Expanded II

At Intermountain Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN Clinical Expanded II to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise, consultation, education, and research to your designated area or specialty focus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • BLS certification for healthcare providers.
  • Unit-specific certification as required (e.g., ACLS, PALS, etc.).
  • Two years of clinical nursing experience, with a focus on leadership and mentoring.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
