Mobile Crisis Outreach Team Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our Mobile Crisis Outreach Team at the Wasatch County Family Clinic in Heber, Utah. As a Peer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in responding to crisis situations with compassion and providing essential interventions to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with law enforcement to ensure the safety and well-being of all involved
  • Offer direct and indirect clinical services, develop client treatment programs, and conduct individual, family, and group psychotherapy for various behavioral health disorders
  • Participate in family-team meetings and contribute to permanency plans to guide clients towards recovery and stability
Schedule and Compensation:

Weekend On Call: $200 stipend for a 24-hour shift, $200 for every in-person call-out that occurs

Weekday On Call: $75 stipend for an 8-hour shift, $200 for every in-person call-out that occurs

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
  • Fully Licensed Therapist recognition in the State of Utah as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
