Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Construction Project Lead to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Manage and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools
