Job Overview

Exterior Building Solutions (EBS) is seeking a skilled Roofing/Siding Project Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for estimating and managing roofing and siding projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Management: Contact company-generated leads to set up site inspections and begin the estimating process.
  • Networking: Self-generate leads through effective networking.
  • Estimation: Prepare detailed estimates that meet company profit margins and local code requirements.
  • Insurance Liaison: Work with insurance companies to ensure damage is covered under homeowners' policies.
  • Contract Execution: Secure contracts and collect deposits from homeowners.
  • Material Selection: Guide homeowners through material selection for their projects.
  • Project Coordination: Submit job details to the production department for scheduling and ensure smooth project completion.
  • Customer Engagement: Work with homeowners to complete projects and secure referrals and reviews.
