Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and merchandising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and processing merchandise
  • Assist with sales and merchandising efforts, including tagging and sorting merchandise
  • Process customer transactions and handle returns and exchanges
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
  • Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
Requirements:
  • High-energy and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
