As a Child Developmental Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's rigorous standards. You will implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions to children with autism, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with families to develop individualized therapy plans, ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles and promoting family engagement.
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program, with a focus on Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training).
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
