Job Summary:

The Financial Sales Representative II position at Northgate Markets is a dynamic role that requires excellent sales techniques to promote all financial services while maintaining exceptional customer service and processing financial transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote all financial services and provide accurate information to customers regarding the different financial services offered, with the primary goal of increasing sales.
  • Operate a computer and process financial transactions accurately.
  • Responsible for all cash in custody and ensure compliance with cash handling, check cashing, money transfers, cash cards, bill payments, and money orders policies and procedures.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
  • Responsible for compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.
  • Courteous and pleasant to customers and team members.

Requirements and Conditions:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a requirement.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Experience in direct sales to customers is preferred.
  • Cash handling experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of company policies and procedures is necessary.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma is required.

Physical Demands and Conditions:

The physical demands of this role include sitting, standing, and using hands to handle objects, tools, or controls. The employee must frequently walk, talk, or hear, and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally, the employee must crouch or kneel. The employee must occasionally exert or lift up to __ pounds, carrying boxes of records and forms, and frequently exert or lift moderate amounts of weight. Successful performance requires specific vision abilities, including close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
