**Key Responsibilities:**

• Promote all financial services and provide accurate information to customers regarding the different financial services offered, with the primary goal of increasing sales.

• Operate a computer and process financial transactions accurately, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

• Maintain cash in custody and adhere to cash handling, check cashing, money transfers, cash cards, bill payments, and money orders policies and procedures.

• Provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring courteous and pleasant interactions with customers and team members.

• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment.

• Advise supervisors of any events requiring their intervention, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a smooth workflow.

• Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining a positive work environment.

• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed by the company.

**Requirements and Conditions:**

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency.

• High school diploma required.

• Experience in direct sales to customers and cash handling preferred.

• Ability to work under little or no supervision, with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility.
