Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring consistent UX and UI across products that address users' pressing needs.
  • Lead user research and UX testing to inform design decisions and drive actionable product improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable design system with intuitive information architecture, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and facilitate open communication with stakeholders.
  • Mentor and manage a talented founding product designer on the team.
  • Contribute to the development of our internal data management tool with high design standards.

We prioritize simplicity and efficiency, allowing you to focus on driving significant impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product design, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • A diverse portfolio showcasing clear problem-solving, high craft, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma, UX tools, and user analytics.
  • Bonus: B2C or SaaS experience.
