About the Position

The SharePoint Developer will play a key role in designing and implementing technical SharePoint solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This position requires a strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, development, design, and migration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client and end-user needs to design technical SharePoint solutions
  • Assist with SharePoint Post-Migration efforts by providing solutions that meet the needs of the client
  • Develop and build PowerApps Applications and Power BI dashboards based on end-user requirements
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on SharePoint projects and issues
  • Design and create SharePoint Sites, Pages, and Libraries that meet the requirements for internal and external stakeholders
  • Design and create Power Platforms Applications, Workflows, and Dashboards that meet the requirements for internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures for maintaining SharePoint sites and libraries
  • Use strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to mitigate internal and external client problems
  • Provide support and guidance to users on SharePoint features and functionalities
  • Provide quality assurance reviews of engagement processes and deliverables
  • Lead the SharePoint administration and configuration efforts
  • Create and update processes, procedures, and/or product documentation
  • Develop and tailor comprehensive communication plans for O365 and SharePoint initiatives
  • Determine the future state for promoting knowledge sharing through the organization's operational business processes and systems
  • Determine options and provide a coordinated approach to managing the planning of services and performing the actual conversion or rebuilding of existing forms, tools, and workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Active DoD Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Five (5) plus years of SharePoint (2013, 2019, SPO) experience, including architecture, development, design, and migration
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, program management, communications, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with O365/SharePoint configuration, including mailbox migration, creating workflows, scripts, and developing reports/dashboards
  • Experience working on federal IT systems such as O365 and SharePoint
  • Experience in creating strategies for developing systems and processes
  • Excellent analytical, business, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work onsite at the Pentagon at least two (2) days a week

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least three (3) years of experience in Department of Defense (DoD) project/program practices
