We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Support Team Member Senior to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our production operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting final assembly operations, ensuring production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential day-to-day support for final assembly operations, ensuring production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Interface with all levels of management, as well as customers, to align on objectives, address challenges, and deliver results.
  • Analyze complex issues, gathering information systematically and evaluating a broad range of factors to identify effective solutions.
  • Leverage your professional network and past experiences to influence decisions and solutions that add value to business partners.
  • Work autonomously with minimal supervision, managing responsibilities and proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
