Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize, develop, and execute marketing and communications plans to promote Undergraduate Education units and services.
  • Collaborate with the Undergraduate Education Marketing and Communications Manager to brainstorm, plan, and execute marketing and communications efforts.
  • Design and develop digital graphics and content, ensuring consistency with IU brand identity.
  • Manage the publication of various newsletters, including information gathering, writing, editing, and scheduling.
  • Administer website management, updating websites with alerts, events, and minor content updates.
  • Conceptualize and create visual media products, including graphics, photos, and videos, using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Analyze marketing data and institutional reports to inform communications and student engagement strategies.
  • Identify and manage vendor relationships to accommodate departmental promotional item needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, public relations, or a related field.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in marketing and communications.
  • Proficient communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
