Responsibilities

As a Marketing and Communications Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating original and captivating content for all communication channels
  • Assisting in strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives
  • Designing content to resonate with our target audience
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and other department interns to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and brand messaging
  • Supporting various marketing and communications activities, such as graphic design, social media management, event planning, and general office duties

Qualifications

To be considered for this internship, you must:

  • Be currently pursuing a 2-year or 4-year degree in communications, public relations, digital media, broadcasting, journalism, or a related field
  • Have basic computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrate strong writing skills across various formats, including blogs, website copy, brochure copy, social media content, and storytelling
  • Have foundational knowledge of event planning, graphic design, and campaign design
  • Exhibit effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Display strong analytical and multitasking abilities
