Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapeutic services to patients according to their individual needs and medical guidance.
- Provide education to patients and caregivers, ensuring they understand treatment plans and the use of adaptive equipment.
- Conduct thorough evaluations to determine the extent of disability, set treatment goals, and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations and treatments, adhering to departmental standards and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor rehabilitation staff, nursing personnel, and students on patient care and rehabilitation services.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on patient satisfaction, program development, and marketing efforts.
Applicants must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
