  • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage clinic flow, ensuring timely and efficient patient care.
  • Prepare charts for visits, file patient information, and assist with medical records duties.
  • Retrieve and distribute test results, updating patient charts accordingly.
  • Contact patients to schedule appointments and provide reminders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, supporting the overall success of our healthcare team.

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (MA) is required, with acceptable certifications including CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, NRCMA, or NAMAP.
  • Basic typing skills and proficiency in computer software systems.
  • Basic Life Support/CPR training, certification, or the ability to become certified.
