About the Role
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify sales opportunities and close deals.
  • Utilize our rigorous lead generation process to ensure a high volume of qualified leads.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our agency.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of P&C insurance sales experience.
  • A Property and Casualty Agent Insurance License is required.
  • Experience in the personal lines insurance industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office and various CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • The ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise terms.
