Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, training, and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care, training, and home support to patients as needed
  • Collaborate with our team members, skilled nursing home facility representatives, and dedicated Nephrologists to ensure seamless care
  • Collect and record patient health data during and after hemodialysis treatment
  • Develop and maintain a plan of care to achieve expected outcomes
  • Implement and record interventions to achieve expected outcomes in our electronic medical record
  • Perform laboratory collection, processing, and shipping procedures, and reschedule missed or inadequate laboratory collections
  • Perform clerical tasks, including filing, inventory management, admission documentation, and creating patient charts
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards all patients and colleagues
  • Occasional travel to nearby locations may be required
  • Administer medications and document patient care
Requirements:
  • Valid RN license
  • BS/AA/diploma in nursing
  • 6 months of RN experience strongly preferred
  • 3 months of hemodialysis experience strongly preferred
  • BLS certification
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
