About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at CQ Partners in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is a full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic and caring provider who is passionate about delivering exceptional hearing healthcare services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and sales skills, with a self-starter attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment. A key responsibility of this role will be to conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations, vestibular assessments, and execute treatment plans through excellent counseling and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain good public relations
  • Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
  • Conduct vestibular assessments
  • Execute treatment plans through excellent counseling and education
  • Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient needs
  • Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, reporting, etc.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, open to training and assisting with protocol development
