Hearing Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hearing Health Specialist to join our team at CQ Partners in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Average annual salary: $110,000. Plus commission plan.
About the Job
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional hearing healthcare services and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations using state-of-the-art equipment.
- Provide vestibular assessments and execute treatment plans through excellent counseling and education.
- Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patients' needs.
- Assist with clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Travel may be required.
Requirements:
- Educational background: Master's or Doctorate in Audiology.
- Active State Dispensing license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
- Self-starter, team player, positive energy.
- Problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to treat coworkers and referring providers with respect.
- Effective time management skills.
