Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client management, solution implementation, and project results
  • Own project workstreams and interact with clients daily to ensure engagement success
  • Support day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders
  • Prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to clients and internal executives
  • Lead, coach, and mentor consultants to ensure quality deliverables
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare consulting or a related field
  • Graduate degree (must still be enrolled in an accredited graduate degree program through Fall 2024 and graduate by Summer 2025)
  • No sponsorship required to work in the United States; students with F-1 or J-1 visas are excluded from interview schedules or being hired for this position
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA, MHA, MA, MS, or similar degree with degree concentrations in Health Administration, Health Informatics, Health Management, Medicine, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant Studies, or similar
  • Previous consulting experience
  • Knowledge of Business Analytics software Access, SAS, or R, and/or SQL
  • Strong knowledge of and application of healthcare research resources
  • Understanding of market/financial analysis in context of healthcare provider needs
  • Strong quantitative and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Facility with and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to translate data into graphic or visual representations
