Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in trucks, trailers, and construction equipment.
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize hand and power tools to dismantle and reassemble machinery.
- Inspect components for wear and damage, using precision measuring instruments.
- Replace faulty parts, including engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
- Test repaired equipment to confirm operational efficiency.
- Supervise and assist team members in maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license, with a Class B CDL preferred.
