Job Summary

XPO Logistics is seeking a skilled Diesel Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance functions and adjustments on all types of class 7 and 8 diesel equipment, forklifts, and trailing equipment. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance functions and adjustments on all types of class 7 and 8 diesel equipment, forklifts, and trailing equipment.
  • Repair or rebuild all or parts of various equipment systems.
  • Conduct safety inspections on equipment and prepare safety documentation.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in heavy duty mechanics or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel equipment systems and repair techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
