Physical Demands:

  • Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
  • Property Managers should be comfortable walking around facilities, spending up to 50% of their time outdoors, including climbing stairs and operating large doors.
  • Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the premises: sweeping/mopping indoor areas and ensuring the exterior grounds are tidy and free from debris.
