We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Bilingual Insurance Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team at Drew Edmond - State Farm Agency in Lincoln, NE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet customer needs and increase sales revenue.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Provide prompt and accurate service to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license required.
