Requirements
  • Health Insurance License: Ability to obtain a health insurance license to sell Medicare plans.
  • Insurance Industry Experience: Proven experience in the insurance industry, particularly in selling life insurance products.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of various life insurance products, including term life, whole life, and universal life insurance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using technology and software applications for insurance sales and client management.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20/hour, plus commission. Commission is 20% of sales revenue. The work schedule is 40 hours/week, with flexible hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This role offers a remote and in-office experience, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
