Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Superintendent to oversee large-scale new construction roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise multiple roofing crews at job sites and facilities
  • Ensure project schedules are met and communicate with general contractors and trades
  • Understand blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details
  • Set up and maintain safety on job sites and facilities
  • Plan and execute successful projects
Requirements
  • A valid state driver's license is required
  • Experience in Construction/Roofing Supervision is essential
  • Commercial roofing experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
  • Leadership, management, and project management skills are required
