- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of systems with business processes and objectives.
- Utilize Altium for schematic capture and PCB layout, and ensure all designs meet electrical engineering standards.
- Develop system design documentation and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in systems engineering and related technologies, and provide recommendations for their application.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to junior engineers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- A Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree will be highly regarded.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Systems Engineering role, with a focus on project management and system design.
- Proficiency in Altium or similar EDA tools, and a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles.
- Proven experience in hardware engineering and requirements analysis.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading complex projects to successful completion.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a creative and analytical mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
