Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex systems that meet industry standards and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop system solutions based on engineering principles and industry best practices.
  • Lead the execution of complex projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct system requirements analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of systems with business processes and objectives.
  • Utilize Altium for schematic capture and PCB layout, and ensure all designs meet electrical engineering standards.
  • Develop system design documentation and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in systems engineering and related technologies, and provide recommendations for their application.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to junior engineers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree will be highly regarded.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Systems Engineering role, with a focus on project management and system design.
  • Proficiency in Altium or similar EDA tools, and a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles.
  • Proven experience in hardware engineering and requirements analysis.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading complex projects to successful completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a creative and analytical mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
