About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord's Otolaryngology (ENT) Clinic. As a Clinical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing specialty care to our patients and supporting 15+ providers. Your duties will include rooming patients, collecting vital signs, maintaining supply inventory, and assisting with clinic procedures such as scopes and biopsies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You must be able to maintain confidentiality, follow strict infection control protocols, and adhere to our Medication Storage and Handling Policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various patient care activities, including ADLs, obtaining clinical data, and recording results in medical records.
  • Assist nursing service personnel with patient care duties and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Answer telephones and assist visitors as needed.


Requirements:
  • High school graduate preferred but not required.
  • Must demonstrate keyboarding skills and be familiar with computer use.
  • Previous hospital experience is a plus.


Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
