Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Car Wash Manager in Training to join our team at Conrad's Tire Express and Total Car Care. As a Car Wash Manager in Training, you will work closely with our Site Manager to learn all aspects of the car wash business, including customer service, operations, and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build a loyal customer base by establishing a trusting relationship based on integrity and fairness.
  • Perform daily operations of the car wash, including deposits, inventory, and cashier machine functionality.
  • Invoice customers accurately and handle customer complaints and employee conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Learn and understand performance business data and apply it to daily operations and decisions to increase productivity.
  • Reach established monthly goals and follow daily opening and closing procedures accurately.
  • Perform all Site Manager duties in their absence and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Repair/Maintenance, Sales, Customer Service, and branch management operation knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before customers or employees.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, solve practical problems, and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and outside weather conditions. The employee is required to have an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of employment. A background check is required as a condition of employment.

This is a full-time position that requires regular work on Mondays through Sundays, evenings, and holidays. The employee is on call for any incidents that occur during and after hours or on weekends. Travel between locations and occasional overnight travel for training and development purposes are required.
