About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrocardiography Program Manager to join our team at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. As a key member of our Cardiac Center, you will be responsible for leading the administrative, financial, and operational aspects of the EKG Lab.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement the overall program strategy, aligning with the hospital's mission and goals.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial management.
  • Lead and manage a team of EKG technicians and Holter technicians, providing direction, guidance, and support.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with medical directors, program directors, and other stakeholders to advance the program's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance initiatives, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Provide training and education to staff, patients, and families on electrocardiography procedures and techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrocardiography, incorporating best practices into the program.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in electrocardiography, with a strong background in program management.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with a track record of success in managing teams and budgets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of electrocardiography platforms, technology, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to interpret electrocardiogram results and provide accurate preliminary interpretations.
