We are looking for a highly skilled Medical Screening Professional to join our team at CSL Plasma. This role involves conducting medical screenings and ensuring the quality of plasma donations.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct medical screenings, including health history assessments and medical questionnaires.
  2. Assist donors in completing registration procedures and maintaining accurate records.
  3. Educate donors on plasma donation processes and benefits.
  4. Maintain a clean and efficient work environment, adhering to HSE and OSHA policies.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth donor flow and efficient center operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum three months' experience in a medical or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
