Job Title: Healthcare Reimbursement Specialist

At LogixHealth, we're seeking a skilled Healthcare Reimbursement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze insurance company reimbursements to identify potential issues and discrepancies
  • Develop and implement strategies to resolve reimbursement issues and improve revenue cycle efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Provide training and support to new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong understanding of insurance payers and reimbursement processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS 365, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
