Our infrastructure spans over 200 datacenters across 32 countries, with millions of servers managed by a team of experts. We cater to over 1 billion customers and 20 million businesses worldwide.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all Datacenter operations. This includes managing a team of professionals supporting Microsoft's online services, supervising daily operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment, and ensuring optimal Critical Environment (CE) availability for operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all Datacenter operations
  • Manage a team of professionals supporting Microsoft's online services
  • Supervise daily operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Ensure optimal Critical Environment (CE) availability for operational efficiency
  • Minimize high-impact and human-error incidents in the Critical Environment
  • Drive cost and energy efficiency initiatives
  • Regularly report on Power/Temperature/Relative Humidity and SLA monitoring
  • Strengthen relationships with Engineering Groups (EGs) and business partners
  • Collaborate with global peers to share best practices across datacenter operations

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent AND 5+ years of experience in overseeing critical service operations
  • 3+ years of experience leading diverse technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing large-scale Critical Environment projects
  • Experience with Information Technology infrastructure operations
