What We Seek:

This role involves the maintenance, repair, and support of both highly automated robotic and non-robotic machinery. The following processes may be encountered: resistance welding of steel and aluminum, projection welding, MIG welding, robotic dispensing applications for body sealants and adhesives, drawn arc stud welding, flow drilling, and various rivet assembly equipment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and other technical documentation.
  • Diagnose and rectify issues in control systems using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, or other electrical testing tools.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, robotic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Modify, develop, and troubleshoot robotic programming.
  • Engage in preventative measures as necessary. Conduct corrective actions and perform problem-solving analysis and reporting as required.
  • Apply common sense in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Comprehend and execute detailed written or verbal instructions.
  • Maintain cleanliness in personal work areas and shared spaces.

Work Schedule:

A Shift: 5:00am-3:30pm Mon - Thurs B Shift: 5:30pm - 4:00am Mon - Thurs

Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency – Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and other technical documents. Proficient in using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, or other electrical testing devices.
  • Understanding of electrical, robotic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Capability to create, modify, and troubleshoot robotic programs. Proven skills in machinery and equipment repair.
