Job Description
">The Director of Business Development will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by formulating business development strategies aligned with organizational goals. This includes developing plans to meet annual revenue targets with quarterly forecasts, providing updates on business development progress against strategic objectives, and creating business proposals based on customer requirements.
This individual will be responsible for researching market and industry trends, developing long-term strategic customer relationships, identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities with a focus on large accounts, and contributing to new product strategy and roadmap.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 10 years of business development experience in high-reliability OEM components, strong technical sales and marketing knowledge in Aerospace & Defense, Space, and Medical markets, and an in-depth understanding of microelectronic manufacturing services, semiconductor products, and RF microwave technologies.
