Education & Experience
- PhD or equivalent degree in a scientific discipline such as Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or related field, with expertise in working on problems in Biology, Chemistry, and Healthcare.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in scientific research, data analysis, or a related field, with a strong publication record.
- Experience acting as a Principal Investigator or group lead for a scientific program, with a proven track record of leadership and innovation.
- Demonstrated evidence of leadership in large collaborative research projects, with a strong ability to manage and motivate teams.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling, Machine Learning, and data visualization, with a strong ability to apply these skills in a business context.
- Proficiency with scientific computing software and tools (e.g., R, Python, MATLAB), with a strong ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Experience with database management and data integration, with a strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
